Sage came recommended to us and we had a great experience buying our investment property. Every question (regardless of how silly it was) was always answered. She was always very approachable and got back on our queries very quickly. Everything was handled end to end and this helped us a lot, since we were out of state buyers. We did not feel trouble doing the entire transaction remotely. We are looking forward to working with her again and we cannot recommend her enough.

She has 20+ yrs of experience, and still works until 2-3 am in the morning every day, always responds promptly, and comes 110% prepared to fight for you. Writing about our experience with Sage Sanders is super-difficult as words can’t describe her professionalism, experience, work-ethics, and caring-manners in handling our transaction/challenges. Sage Sanders is truly a magnificent and highly skilled real estate agent. She's fair, honest, and knows how to get a home sold. We followed her every advice and she had ideal expectations. We were a bit reluctant and conservative but had high hopes. Sure enough everything panned out just as Sage said it would. Our home was only on the market for four days until we received several competing offers. I cannot say this will be the same for everyone but we are very fortunate to have had Sage on our side as a real estate agent. She's not just an incredible agent she's also a wonderful person!
